- Design, development and maintenance of packaging system used for delivery such as returnable boxes, carton boxes, trolleys and carts
- Budget control of PC and logistic activity
Achievements: - Increase accuracy of monthly inventory count (stock taking) by decreasing stock taking variance from 143% in January 2023 to 0.8% in December 2023
- Global KASAI awardee for successful emergency special production for Honda 3M1A (HRV) supporting Kasai Thailand Feb-Mar 2023
- Reduce inventory stock from 16.5 days to average 11.2 days in December 2023, by improving stock data accuracy, stock level and delivery arrangement from supplier, and also sorting and disposal of non-moving stock
- Improve SOP in warehouse and support achievement of H1 grade in MMKI supplier health check audit and no finding in logistic area
- Boosted 5S in general factory area by disposing 800 unused trolleys (with zero book value) and clearing space 500sqm - Accomplished repair process for 200 trolleys for ADM (scratch improvement) and resulting zero outflow and another 250 trolleys for MMKI (scratch improvement), which previously pending by no clear plan and budget.
