For our daily job desc are, in the morning we collected a dump site’s from OSS MBB Huawei, NetAct Nokia, and ENM Ericsson after both network got change to MOCN activation and got verification whether those site’s already Active MOCN or not and then reported
Monitoring the email which related handling and escalation from MSH H3I (Managed Service Huawei) to MSE Indosat (Managed Service Ericsson), we analyzed and get segmentation the alarm issue and we create the TT Incident via ITSM (IT Service Management) and assingned to another depatement group, and raise a TAS ID to field team

Escalating MOCN site issue to MSH, monitoring WAG “MOCN Operation” respond and handling
For daily we must track the alarms for escalation to MSH, Handover report tor next shift, and Patrol alarms MOCN site.
