  • Create TT and raise potensial emergency to field teams as an early warning to avoid emerrgency incident on the networks
  • Familiar with tools like BMS Remedy ITSM (IT Service Management), WFM, OneFM, and etc
  • On periode June 2022, moved to position to RAN MOCN Ops (Multi Operator Core Network) as an L1FM RAN, an handle and maintained for both networks Indosat and H3I after merged
  • For our daily job desc are, in the morning we collected a dump site’s from OSS MBB Huawei, NetAct Nokia, and ENM Ericsson after both network got change to MOCN activation and got verification whether those site’s already Active MOCN or not and then reported
  • Monitoring the email which related handling and escalation from MSH H3I (Managed Service Huawei) to MSE Indosat (Managed Service Ericsson), we analyzed and get segmentation the alarm issue and we create the TT Incident via ITSM (IT Service Management) and assingned to another depatement group, and raise a TAS ID to field team
  • Monitoring MOCN VVIP Site
  • Escalating MOCN site issue to MSH, monitoring WAG “MOCN Operation” respond and handling
  • For daily we must track the alarms for escalation to MSH, Handover report tor next shift, and Patrol alarms MOCN site.

  • Ensure communication towards the various interfaces (TE/CME Power team, Coordinator Area) are properly managed and addressed well within the time frame, if site outage already get recovered TT HPSM belongs Indosat system status was closed as reference from WFM tools will automatically get Resolved too as HPSM also
