Crude Glycerine as a biodiesel by-product with adjusted quality for direct sale or further processing into refined glycerine.

The quality of materials or other chemicals that are recyclable as the basis for plant performance parameters.

Quality of olefins/alkenes as products from the biorefinery plant production process.

M-tag quality according to specifications as an olefin by-product for processing into Methyl esters C10 and C12.

Responsible as a second analyst for product quality related to methyl ester fractionation, fatty alcohol, including the production process, plant performance, up to the finished product which is recorded in the CoA.

• Responsible for create biodiesel CoA for trucking purposes if supervisor is absent or needs assistance
• Receive and sign the official report of sample acceptance by the surveyor.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and appropriateness of related laboratory equipment according to the scope of the job desk.
• Trained new employees to learn new systems, apply best practices and comply with protocols and regulations.
• Carried out product trials with special specifications according to request.

• Created and reported quality problems to the head of the laboratory and discuss them.
• It is ensured that the SPC as a quality control chart must be updated at the beginning of every month
• Analyze and ensure quality feed material and feed product according to the required feed quality as a proximate
• Ensured and standardized chemical needed to analysis and also not expired
• Attend monthly department communal meetings to review all equipment and chemicals needed as a reference for the following month
• Ensured that laboratory equipment is still suitable for use, that is always be calibrated according to the time period
