- Providing assistance and support to the Operation manager to achieve department KPI.
- Ensuring optimum, cost effective, safe operation and timely delivery in producing quality products in line with company objectives.
- Identifying problem areas and troubleshooting without delay to resolve plant problem.
- Developing, issuing, updating plant operating procedure, instruction and guidelines to operators in all areas of operational activities covering plant start-up, optimization during normal operation, normal shutdown and emergencies.
- Prescribing the research and QA/QC daily activity to the Lab Teams.
- Planning and organizing all activity including plant start up and shutdown to minimize operation down time, control receiving raw material, control delivery product.
- Controlling the plant operation budget, preparing annual and capital expenditures budget for approval, recommending and justifying expenditure for the plant operation, controlling and monitoring expenditure against budget.
- Controlling the process parameter including the plant optimization and adjustment as well as full analysis of daily product quality.
- Ensuring quality system is implemented, reviewed and feedback recorded for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring plant wide implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures are continuously adhere to thereby ensuring safe operation environment.
- Calculate and ensuring inventory control for all material.
- Develop monthly report for plant optimization and production profile.
