• Setup Planning Survey until RFI wireless parts, Review with customer and makesure all documentation is completed, Prepare E2E progress, Assign And Advisor interface related Wireless Part, Check ESR Document from Subcontractors, Prepare Mockup sites for pilot LTE RAN part, Presentation with customer for RAN/Wireless Part, Makesure All PAT document related Wireless solutions, Development Commisioning Process, Testing Equipment and performances

• Manage timelines, deliverable, risks, delays and impacts to project team members and lead teams as required, Define requirements and details needed and monitor those through to implementation, To work with our client and understand their needs also their processes, help them to transition until successfully implemented, To work and manage all communications with our tech and development team to make sure all deadlines are in order and delivered, Preparation UAT processing and sign off, To work and manage all communication with team bussines development for all requirement, Update Daily progress and timeline rollout plan and setup meeting with client, Our Project Clients is : GoKampus, Prospero, Bank Sampoerna, Gojek, Pasar Polis

• Responsible for all ITC & Optical implementation for All Project All Area, Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, Manage and report all ITC Activities within assigned zone from ITC Start to ITC PAC acceptance, Manages day to day operational aspects of a project and scope, Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client, Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, Ensures project document are complete, current and stored appropriately, Holds regular status meeting with project team, Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors, Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized reports

• Base On SoW arrangement for Smartfren Project Swap excecution LTE 4G Phase 4B, Planning for Commisioning, Integration, Troubleshoot eNB, Cut over Nokia to ZTE TDD/FDD, Makesure installation and quality, Ensure KPI performance after SWAP, ATP with FOPS customer and partner, Makesure E2E sites especially all areas Jabodetabek, Reporting update sites and makesure team doing MOS ‑eATP, Follow up with Rollout Engineer if there are LOM, Review Design Pack for proposed Solution and liaise with Survey & Design Team for solution confirmation, Liaise with Smartfren if require additional support for Hardware Installation, Decide the scenario of swap for sites (Hot Swap or Cold Swap), Ensure Hardware Installation within SLA

• Responsible for High Capacity, TRX Upgrades and Swaps for Macro and Micro sites for Telkomsel Project at Puma, Ensure success of TI implementation and Acceptance for High‑Cap, TRX Upgrades and Swaps to achieve targets and acceptance, Ensure Zone TI organization follows process, job descriptions and guidelines included in project plan, Manage, Coordinate and Report all TI activities within assigned zone from TI Start to TI BAST Acceptance, Scheduling and reporting day to day TI activities, Evaluate TSSR reports / Site Designs, Checking all SDR from all TI Partners for TI Implementations, Ensure availability of equipment and materials as per planned rollout in close cooperation with NSN Logistics, Support TI Partner Field Managers to ensure they follow processes and scope as agreed in TI contracts with Partners, Ensure QA processes are followed and project KPI target are achieved

• Handle Project below: Huawei HCPT MISPLACE (Remove high antenna mw) Jabodetabek Region on 2013, Huawei HCPT New Site MEGA Project Jabodetabek 2012‑2013, Huawei Telkomsel RollOut BTS Nokia to Huawei Jabodetabek Region on 2013‑2014, Monitoring and Coordination Team Installer for Plan Installation and take data Photo and Measurement for Document target and Completed Document, Monitoring and Coordination Team Engineer for Plan Integration to On Air, Trouble Shoot and Take data Capture from site to Completed Document, Monitoring and Coordination Team Document for Collect from team and Produced Document to be Site folder to Submit to our Customer, Monitoring Asset and Tools under Project our Handle, Monitoring and update for PO same like our SOW doing on Site, Meeting with our Customer, Support Team Payment for Project Huawei HCPT, Huawei First Media, Huawei Telkomsel Jabodetabek Region on 2013, Give the correct document template (confirmed by customer) to Document controller, Take charge one Project in region (progress, quality, cost control)
• Output: Projects Progress Report Cross feeder Monitor report., Take charge payment application from customer, Audit and approve staff claim and team reward, Approve staff borrowing, taxi based on company regulation

• As 1st level to takes end to end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems, ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA requirements:
  
  • Monitoring Radio Access Network ( RAN & IP RAN) of Huawei Axis Project western area, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification
  • Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines)
  • Liaises with Customer Care organizations regarding Network outages
  • Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
  • Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
  • Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
  • Supports Major service outage investigations and follow up
  • Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window
  • Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages
  • Provide and compile Incident Report
  • Provide ad-hoc report related Network Snapshot
