To analyze customer orders and create detailed plan based on machine capacity, lead times, and material availability. Provide weekly schedule for CNC machines considering complexity, tolerances, and required resources. Using SAP to create work orders and monitor inventory levels. Work with material planner for material preparation and to address potential shortages. Review weekly production execution performance and on time delivery. Work closely with quality, engineering and document controller for any improvement and ensure smooth adoption of changes.

• Manage and coordinate production staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Address and resolve issues that arise during production to minimize downtime. Provide guidance and training to staff to improve efficiency and skill levels.

• Positioned in maintenance engineering section and tasked to design and manufacture a custom-made special purpose machines for production line needs. Building a piston processing machine from scratch and creating technical drawing using Solidworks. Machining each part and then continue to assembly until becoming fully functioning machine.
