- Supervise and guide the import and customs clearance team ensuring their work is accurate and timely.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate handling of all import shipments, from initial order to final delivery.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.

- Develop and implement import/export policies and procedures. Ensure all supporting documents (Form E/AK/D/CO,etc) match the shipment details.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and users.
