Responsibilities:

• Produce financial statements and management reports (monthly, quarterly, semester, and yearly)
• Supervise, direct and review the work of accounting team members
• Finance representative for OJK
• Liaise with external auditor in relation to yearly audit financial statement
• Review daily journal entries and ensure posted journal entries are complete and accurate
• Check invoices and supporting documents related to the payment to vendors
• Ensure completeness of accruals and provision on monthly closing
• Streamlined accounting processes by implementing efficient organizational systems and procedures.
• Maintained accurate fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and annual inventory audits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supporting documents of financial statements to the Finance Manager
• Check invoices and supporting documents related to the payment to vendors
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Maintain the recording of fixed assets
• Help finance manager to maintain forecast

• Help the accounting manager to prepare a financial statement based on PSAK and the “Badan Layanan Umum”
• Perform monthly reconciliation with KPPN
• Liaise with the external auditor and BPK for financial statement audit matters
• Input finance daily journal entries
