• Conducted detailed process and hydraulic calculations for pump sizing, gas flow rate, pressure drop, and scrubbing liquid circulation under varying load conditions.
• Integrated deodorizer systems with existing WWTP units are designed for seamless handling of scrubber wastewater, in compliance with environmental discharge standards.
• Formulated chemical treatment strategies using NaOH, H₂O₂, and bio-organisms, including stoichiometric calculations to ensure optimal reagent dosing, and minimal residuals.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, electrical, and environmental) to ensure alignment with project requirements, local regulations, and international engineering standards.
