Ensuring High-Quality and Consistent Legal Support

• Supervising the front-line legal support in adhering to the Legal & Corporate Secretary Department's SOPs. This ensures consistent, high-quality legal products and services; and
• Collaborating effectively with other departments and external parties to complete critical and daily operational tasks related to legal support.

Contributing to the Optimization of Internal Business Processes

• Developing standardized workflows for efficient and effective legal assistance;
• Developing standardized transaction documents for clarity and strong position in negotiation; and
• Developing digital system for enhancing the established workflows.

Supporting the Group Project Achievement

Facilitating any required legal aspect for securing, including but not limited to the land acquisition support, long lead procurement security, mining study and construction legal frameworks, ad-hoc support on dispute, along with environmental, permitting and social issues, to (i) the completion of AIM Project's plants construction; (ii) sustainable development of Tujuh Bukit and Wetar Projects; and (iii) Preliminary construction of PANI Project.

• Secured the successful of the shares acquisition of Sima-Izzara Apartment Project by involving in the legal due diligence process for the acquirer;
• Facilitated the acquisition of a heritage land and building project by involving in the legal due diligence process for the acquirer;
• Facilitated the investment process of foreign investor by formulating the relevant document transactions, but not limited to the shareholder agreement, shares subscription agreement and frame work agreement; and
• Advocated for client's interests in an industrial dispute resolution by negotiating with the employer's lawyer and representing the client during mediation.
