
I am a graduate of Japanese Language and Culture with strong communication skills and a solid foundation in administrative, customer service, and cultural-related work. During my academic journey, I actively participated in various organizational and academic activities that enhanced my ability to work in teams, manage responsibilities, and adapt to dynamic environments.
I have 4 months of professional experience at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), where I was responsible for handling customer service activities and supporting financial administration processes. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, accuracy in handling data, and ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
