• Team Leader/Coordinator, KKN-PPM UGM 2019 - Merauke (October 2018 - August 2019) | As a team leader, I coordinated 25 students to carry out community service for 60 days in a sub-district in Merauke, Papua with the general theme "Conflict Resolution". In this program, our main goal is to resolve inter-tribal conflicts that have been going on for a long time based on stereotypes. We also develop community organizations based on joint business units as economic support for the local community.
• Head Assistant of Art & Exhibition, Wiswakharman Expo - Prambanan Temple (December 2018 - May 2019) | My team and I managed Universitas Gadjah Mada Architectural Annual Exhibition with the scope of work: art curatorial and planning the Grand Plan from the schematic phase till the execution phase. We pioneered the hosting of architectural festivals and exhibitions in Prambanan Temple with the theme "Indonesia's Rich Tourism Potentials Responding Architecture".
• Sub-Coordinator of Co-Facilitator, PPSMB Universitas Gadjah Mada 2018 - Yogyakarta (December 2017 - September 2018) I lead the team consisted of 92 co-facilitator, in focus of 20 people. The main job is to train them to be able to conduct the class for freshman student of Universitas Gadjah Mada. My team supervises and is responsible for approximately 1000 freshman students. I learned a lot about managing human resources effectively and efficiently.
