Supply Onboarding Team:
- Streamlined driver onboarding processes, eliminating bottlenecks and frictions, resulting in an increase in efficiency and speed of the driver onboarding process from 3-4 days to under 1 day. Reducing onboarding costs by over 30% by eliminating unnecessary cost variables.
- Led initiatives to enhance the driver applicants' experience across all service areas, and multiply driver supply, achieving an all-time high in driver onboarding.
Tier 2 Market Growth:
- Built the New Market Growth team with the purpose of providing a better customer and driver experience in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. Solving booking fulfillment problems by tailoring a more efficient way to connect bookings from customers and drivers, improving the fulfillment rate by more than 7%.
- Project managed the launching of new service areas (Bali, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, NTB, NTT) and new vehicle types (trailer trucks).
- Supervising budget spending on operations and ads to ensure proper costs are allocated to the right channels.
Business Marketing Team:
- Rebuilt the Business Marketing team, which was retired in 2023. Reactivating churned customers and converting new customers in specific areas and industries.
- Successfully built and launched a partnership with one of the world's largest furniture sellers to support their same-day delivery.
