Nicky Stephani

Currently undertaking doctoral research on the relational dialectics of academic work–family balance among doctoral student mothers in Indonesia, using qualitative methods grounded in feminist critical theory. Responsible for designing and executing all stages of the study from proposal development and ethical clearance to data collection, analysis, and dissemination through publications and conference presentations. The research aims to contribute new insights to the fields of gender, media, and communication studies, while offering practical implications for educational and gender equity policies.

• Teach undergraduate courses such as Qualitative Research Methods, Integrated Brand Campaign, and Design Thinking in on-campus and distance learning program.
• Develop curricula, prepare course materials, and implement interactive learning strategies in both synchronous and asynchronous classes.
• Supervise student research projects and guide proposal development to ensure academic rigor and methodological soundness.
