• Preparing bridge structure shop drawing, including bar banding schedule analysis and detailed steel bridge assembly.
• Coordinate with the steel truss bridge fabricator for its detail shop drawing and submit it to consultant supervision for approval to start fabrication.
• Prepare monitoring of shop drawings that explains the status, such as the drafter process, date of submission to consultant supervision, date of return for revision, and date of approval.

Martadinata Flyover Phase 1 Project, Ancol – Jakarta

• Calculate bridge fly over structure design and consulted it with bridge consultant expert.
• Prepare the detour bridge design (cast-in-place beam bridge, deck slab bridge, extended slab bridge, and rigid pavement). The design report was reviewed by an independent consultant and then approved by the Jakarta Public Works Department.
• Prepare the fly-over substructure design (footing, pile cap, and pier) and rigid for the detour road, including detailing the reinforcement bar list.
• Checking the shop drawings and submitting them to Consultant Supervision (Kanta Karya) for approval before they are ready for construction.

Pasteur - Cikapayang - Surapati Elevated Road and Bridge

• As casting yard engineering was responsible for performing pre-production of precast segmental, such as the design and calculation of an additional precast segmental production line building with a 60-cm precast concrete pile column and steel frame roof, The concrete pile column functions as the column of the 2x10-ton Gantry Railway.
• Preparing all shop drawings for precast segmental elements such as
  reinforcement bars, tendon layouts, concrete dimensions, blisters, and other block-outs for lock-up devices and drainage.
• Monitoring and making adjustments for precast segmental mold according to the precast segmental that had been cast previously. These adjustments need to be made according to the elevated road design alignment. The precast segmental mold adjustment is based on a running calculation with Formset-C computer software. Even so, manual checking with AutoCAD software drawings also needs to be performed with precast segmental survey data.
• Monitoring and alignment control for the erection of precast segmental. Based on the as-erected precast segmental survey data, the single pier cantilever can be adjusted to meet the adjacent pier cantilever. If the adjustment is beyond tolerance, in-situ segmentation will be required.
• Preparation and monitoring of precast segmental stressing by the
  subcontractor.
• Coordinate with the independent consultant team in designing a 10-meter-high reinforced earth retaining wall.
• Preparation of a precast segmental erection method with a 300-ton launching gantry.
