1. Assesing Data from vairiety of source to gain insight into pricing strategies and market trends

2. obtaining and providing freight cost from local and overseas pricing partner (incl: Air, Ocean, Warehous and Trucking)

3. Sourcing and Collecting rates and releated information for bidding/RFQ

4. Presenting update market trend periodically.

5. Provide Management report by weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

6. Identify marketing strategies with conductiong market intelligence program.

• 1.Assisting Trade Manager to monitor space / allocation VS booking on each vessel and coordinate with Operation / Transshipment Department on equipment availability (eg: equipment shortage problem),
• 2.Assisting Trade Manager to submit monthly report on each vessel's performance, lifting,
• And client support level.
• 3. Sending a sales lead to destination for FOB cargo in which the shipment decision is on buyer’s or consignee hands and maintain to follow up the shipment properly.
• 4.To submit weekly FOB account booking report to overseas agent and MSC Regional office.
• 5.To handle and manage any Cross-Trade shipments.

1.Freight rate confirmation with destination control offices

2.Retrieve and input the freight for Manifest purpose into system

3.Follow up any inquiry

4.Monitoring and checked manifested rate to be in line with TMS as checker for all Indonesia ports

5.Liaise with C/S in charge to obtain system client code

6.Rate filing and keep record in system
