  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process for spare parts, tooling, and other product orders from Singapore, Germany, and China, guaranteeing timely procurement, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level sales and customer service leadership, including the preparation, review, and submission of complex quotations and proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to customer specifications.
