• Strategically oversee and direct the complete order processing lifecycle for machinery sourced from international markets—including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and China—ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and operational efficiency across the Indonesian market. Partner closely with the Regional Order Processing Team to maintain alignment with global supply chain strategies and regional business goals.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end process for spare parts, tooling, and other product orders from Singapore, Germany, and China, guaranteeing timely procurement, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide high-level sales and customer service leadership, including the preparation, review, and submission of complex quotations and proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain strategic shipping schedules, proactively tracking order progress and mitigating potential delays to ensure on-time delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Supervise product deliveries to clients across Indonesia, maintaining consistent communication with logistics partners to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in every shipment.
• Collaborate extensively with third-party warehouses, regional offices, and vendors, overseeing all aspects of order processing, sample management, warranty claims, and pricing coordination, while ensuring transparency and consistency in supply chain operations.
• Define, document, and continuously enhance structural processes within TID to improve workflow efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and strengthen compliance with internal and international operational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing order processing team by providing guidance, training, and support, ensuring all members adhere to established processes while promoting accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as the principal liaison and subject-matter expert for all matters related to order processing, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless coordination among logistics, finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain a unified workflow and achieve organizational objectives.
• Manage and optimize customer returns and warranty processes, ensuring timely disposition and accurate documentation in line with company policies.
• Support and streamline invoicing procedures, aligning them with financial targets and key performance indicators to achieve processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, subsidiaries, and customers, driving operational excellence and maintaining service quality across the entire supply chain network.
• Oversee and conduct physical inventory audits in collaboration with warehouse teams to ensure data integrity, proper stock rotation, and compliance with inventory control policies.
• Analyze spare parts inventory, machine order data, and supply chain performance, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement to be presented to senior management and the General Manager.
• Drive operational excellence through proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and execution of process improvement initiatives that strengthen TID’s competitive position within the market.
• Undertake additional executive-level assignments and strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager, contributing to organizational growth, operational resilience, and long-term business sustainability.

• Request,check & confirm Shipping doc draft (Invoice, PL, HS Code, PIB, BL), cooperate with local forwarder.
• Follow up shipment from supplier (Japan, Thailand)
• Issue abnormal report whenever there is damaged (NG)
• Issue evaluatiaon sheet supplier & follow up mail every 3 month to supplier inventory -Input goods receiving note (GRN) into system (ERP)
