Summary

As an Academic Director of Operations, I have become very skillful in managing the calendar with all the details of time, excellent collaboration with our teamwork, stakeholders (NGO and Government), very organized in reporting both academic and non-academic. I have become skillful in carrying and teaching research methods and ethics.

I have been exposed to many cross-cultural similarities and differences due to my work as the academic director of operational, therefore I became a very culturally sensitive about the current issues like diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

I have worked as the Academic Directors for more than 20 years, therefore now I would like to do something different using my skills and knowledge to forter young people or those who are interested in understanding more about the global citizens and our current issues.
