This succession program was conducted in 3 months with 29 employees as new Group Head candidates for 7 Groups.
Provide advice to Retail Banking Risk unit from decentralized (every group has their own Risk unit) to centralized (only one Risk Unit for the whole Directorate). Three rows completed Union Negotiation for Collective Bargaining Agreement with each secured for two years'. Mostly with 2 or 3 times formal negotiation meetings and several informal meetings in 3 months.
Conducted Industrial Relations Clinic in 12 Regions - 20 Areas from Banda Aceh to Papua in 6 months, that participated by 166 employees, i.e., Area Manager (68 employees), Regional Head (31 employees) and Business Head in Regions (54 employees) for branches and Head of Business Unit (13 employees) for Headquarter office.
Designed Industrial Relations handbook (in cartoon version) for Line Managers and followed up with Industrial Relations e-learning as mandatory training for new Line Managers (added Industrial Relations as core competencies for Line Managers). It helped line managers from mistreated employee violations (reduce around 75% treated employee absences).
Reviewed overseas regulations (Singapore and Timor Leste) and provided the Directors as references for any overseas employee assignment (example: for paternity leave that implemented in that two countries, which could cost the company more when assigning employee from Indonesia instead of hiring a local employee).

Developed communication channels for employee to discussed directly with the Board of Directors. It has proven to help the company reduce the number of the strike from almost 6(six) times a year become only 2 (two) times that also shown in the Employee Satisfaction Survey results.
