Building trust from the moment you greet someone is the most important thing once the trust is built I know that I can guide the member into the best option for them I am a genuine person and love to make an impact on the credit union, my first six months as a teller I lead the busiest branch with referrals and loyalty is just by focusing each day on the task at hand.
