Hello, my name is Priyaka Irfan Astama Harsono from Indonesia. I graduated with a Master's degree in Physical Education in 2022 from Universitas Negeri Jakarta. I am deaf and currently employed at a state-owned enterprise (BUMN). I am seeking job opportunities that present both challenges and opportunities for the development of disabilities worldwide, specifically in the fields of disability economy, disability sports, and disability sustainability. A culture of equality can be created in an environment made up of individuals with diverse characteristics and backgrounds easily. It requires people to learn the habit of valuing others and their contributions to the whole equally. Of course, not all contributions will have the same value in the long run, but in the Deaf community, intentions and good will are the same. For the future development of accessibility for disabilities in both companies and the hearing community, always socialize with disabilities throughout Indonesia.
