Working as a Cloud Operation Engineer for the role of a Service Escalation (L2 Engineer) in the VPS project of the Ministry of Indonesia, with job description:

• Manage day-to-day escalation or handling for operation ticket requests, incident management, and problem management of services in VPS (IaaS, SecaS, BaaS, and JIP).
• Troubleshooting Virtualization Server (VMware platform).
• Create and configure Tenant Organization and VDC.
• Create and configure virtual router (Firewall, NAT, VPN IPsec, Load Balancer).
• Engage in provision and configuration of BaaS (Backup as a Service) using platform Veeam for Backup Cold Site plan.
• Setting up environment for Veeam Backup Repository using immutable.
• Troubleshooting and monitoring job backup and replication on Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR).
• Provisioning and configure Service Provider and Cloud Repository on Cloud Connect Veeam for Tenants who want to store their onpremis data in VPS cloud.
• Escalate to Principal/L3 Team and communicate with Service Management Team.
• Manage checking for physical server host condition and escalate to Principle if there is any failure hardware component of server host.
• Installation ESXi on server host.
• Worked with Product Team to assessments and implement GPU server to VCloud
• Create monthly report, Working Instruction, RCA document for internal.

Working as Associate Systems Engineer (L1 and L2 Engineer) in Bastion Host Security Access Management - IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager project of Telkomsel, with job description:

• Manage day-to-day monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day as L1 and L2 escalation or handling for operation ticket requests, incident management, and problem management.
• Create monthly report document for Costumer.
• Create PM quarterly document for maintenance report.
• Engage upgrade version to ISPIM version 2, to do migration target servers from previously version of ISPIM version 1 to ISIM version 2.
• Update patch for ISPIM.

Working as Network Field Engineer (L1 Engineer) in IP RAN Optimization project of Telkomsel, with job description:

• Provided complete end-to-end router installation onsite and power on.
• Integration and configuration routers.
• Check and staging router device before installation.
• Create documentation for internal purposes, such as MOP, PAT and UAT.
• Migration services.

Working as Network Field Engineer (L1 Engineer) in IP RAN 3 & IP RAN 4 project of Telkomsel, with job description:

• Provided complete end-to-end router installation onsite and power on.

• Check and staging router device before installation.
