Technologies include of PCRF, UPCC, Turbo Charging. Handling TC Tier Discount and CRM Project by Automation Testing using Cucumber. DSC (Digital Smart Care) – The project which enhancing application of Telkomsel Tools called DSC which simplify works of Agents in Grapari. Enhancing including of PSB & Migration Enhancement, Know Your Customer, Workflow Approval for card replacement process of Mbanking, etc. Doing the Automation for this Projects. PRO-IFRS15 – The Project which testing capability of migration from OMS to PRO systems. It is for Rating System Upgrade from OCS 7.5 to 10.1 TC. It has 22 Channels that should be tested and one of them called MyTelkomsel Apps. Technologies include of OSB, ESB, UPCC, TC, HLR, SB, PRO.
