I have over 10 years of experience in the development sector, both in international NGOs and grassroots organizations. My specializations encompass qualitative research & data analytics, facilitation, fundraising, campaign awareness, and volunteer coordination. Prior to the development sector, I also had earlier work experiences in the customer services industry. Human interest photography capturing simple yet deep stories has always been my passion and interest since I was a student.

  • Maintained a palmoil database and analyzed the data on global issues pertaining to sustainable palm oil and other edible oils, and global market outlook
  • Developed monthly global market outlook reports on palm oil and edible oils to be distributed to economic and commodity ministries in Indonesia, Malaysia, Colombia, Papua New Guinea, and Honduras

  • My role at IHJ was a Storyteller for all things that are related to social entrepreneurs' impacts and ensuring that all their impactful work in the communities across Indonesia are noticed
  • In partnership with UNDP, I was part of a team that organized Hackathons and webinars that focused on seeking solutions for Indonesians impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of participants reached over 300 from all over Indonesia

My personal interests outside of work are mainly in the art scene such as doodling and crafting. I enjoy watching documentary films and going to literary festivals. I am also fond of human interest photography and taking photos of candid and raw moments. I try to travel to as many destinations as much as possible to learn about other cultures and gain new perspectives and ideas.
