1. Unified Eform (Sept 2019 - Present)

  • Unified eForm is a mobile and web-based application system used internally by SMBC Bank personnel to facilitate customer onboarding for account openings, deposits, and foreign exchange transactions. The platform includes features for user activity reporting, tracking of successfully onboarded customers, and those rejected through the eForm process. Additionally, it integrates with a scheduler API that automates account activation and rejection workflows.

2. Video Call System (Nov 2022 - Jan 2024)

  • The Video Call System is a platform used by SMBC Bank officers to conduct electronic customer identity verification, replacing the traditional paper-based KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This system enables digital identity verification, streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing operational efficiency.

3. LOS KPR (May 2018 - Sept 2019)

  • The Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS KPR) is an internal platform utilized by Bank Mandiri personnel to facilitate and validate mortgage applications submitted by customers. The system supports the end-to-end process, from initial onboarding through to the disbursement of funds into the customer’s account.
