Check and process export/3rd party invoice (e.g.terminal gandling cost) due to JHHP are correct and justifiable and initiate cost saving and logistics optimization whenever possible.
Preparing plan shipment schedule from dealing with forwarder, stuffing date, dispatch of container.
Check PEB before submite to portal online Customs.
Build good comunication with internal shipping area, customer, planner, warehouse, forwarder, and consignee, new shipment to Planner, Warehouse, and consignee.
Generate report referencing data from SAP/other resources,on routine basis and as required
