across Indonesia. My focus is on empowering SMB and mid-market accounts with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions

ranging from endpoint,Network, Cloud Security and XDR. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in developing and

strengthening Cisco Security Tier 2 Partner Ecosystem, ensuring our partners are equipped to deliver exceptional value

to their clients.

I hold a pivotal role in driving Business Development and Pre-Sales activities for Versa's SASE and SD-WAN product

portfolio across the ASEA region and establishing their first business in Indonesia, targeting both Enterprise and Service Provider markets. My primary focus spanned

Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, where I undertook a range of critical responsibilities

I led a dynamic product and solution development team, where innovation was at the forefront. My role was to

spearhead the exploration of cutting-edge technologies and seamlessly align them with our clients' specific business

needs. Simultaneously, I took charge as the head of the Service Delivery Team, orchestrating flawless execution to

ensure the successful implementation of our solutions, ultimately delivering tangible value to our clients

• Does Solutioning for the customer, in areas involving Jedi Managed Service regarding SD-WAN, WiFi, Virtualization and Server, focusing mainly in Network Design and Architecting around Riverbed, VMWare VeloCloud, Forcepoint, Versa Network, and Ruckus Network

• Technical Consultant for Arista Network and Ruckus Networks product, Does POC, Presentation and Solution Architecting for customer

• Maintaining the VSAT system that is being used by the company, such as SCPC, Satpath, SkyEdge, SkyEdge II, and Hughes and also helped the monitoring of Primacom's Core Network

• Handles technical complaints from corporate customer and troubleshooting it with the team
