• - Follow up on MFD (Request toner, printers, move locations and cost centers, new printers on all convents and non-conventions in HO or regional)
• - Maintain SPK (Work Order) data / letter of assignment issued by Bank Danamon to the vendor
• BAU Asset Management
• - Coordination with regional IT group (SDAM) support related to IT Asset data updates
• - Making a work order to the NCS vendor regarding withdrawal of Danamon assets
• - Reviewing the forms sent by the user related to asset changes (movement / repair / disposal) that will be updated on the system through SRM (Service Request Management)
• - Support for creating Asset Management (SOP) process flow such as Disposal Asset process flow, Asset Movement, Asset Repair & Maintenance, and Asset Usage Request
• - Monitoring movement assets incoming and outgoing from warehouse

• Ensured accurate tracking of IT assets in the system.
• - Maintained data on IT assets (PC, laptop, server, passbook, network equipment, voice equipment) for accurate uploads to Fixed Asset System, ensuring timely updates.
• - Inputted data into FAS (Fixed Asset System) for asset movement and disposal, facilitating approval process by HO admin.
• - Generated daily reports on treasury defects (tickets for IT-TCM), tracking and identifying issues for resolution.
