• Developed a New Comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management System based on ISO 31000:2018 which named Sistem Informasi Manajemen Risiko Terintegrasi (SMART)
• Coached and trained staff to use enterprise risk management system to increase awareness and reduce risk

2023

• Supported business continuity planning efforts by analyzing threat assessment document and identifying areas of vulnerability and recommending appropriate mitigation measures
• Creating and concepting new requirement to build new enterprise risk management system.

2022

• Review, analyze and create new requirement to enhance existing enterprise risk management system (SIMRK - Sistem Informasi Manajemen Risiko) and collaborated with IT Team to develop the requirement.
• Collaborate with business continuity team to conduct Business Impact Analysis which analyze critical function in the organization.

2021

• Become project leader of risk culture project which aim to optimized risk culture across the organization. The activity include measuring the level of risk management knowledge and identify potential activity that can be done to enhance risk culture.

2020

• Collaborated with Enterprise Risk Management Team to build risk culture in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Business Continuity Team to mitigate Covid-19

2016 - 2017

• Responsible to analyze the need of the User in developing Application and create the User Requirement Specification document.
