• Spearheaded the growth and adoption strategy of SATUSEHAT platform, targeting interoperability with 30,000+ healthcare facilities across Indonesia (hospitals, clinics, laboratories).
• Designed and implemented Onboarding Playbook and real-time Monitoring & Evaluation (Monev) framework, enabling satusehat.kemkes.go.id/data dashboard for national stakeholders.
• Developed real-time dashboards and KPIs to track facility onboarding progress, data quality, system uptime, and interoperability status.
• Led data utilization strategy for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) via SATUSEHAT Mobile app (formerly PeduliLindungi), driving patient-centric services and healthcare data democratization.

• Conceived, architected, and drove the end-to-end product vision and national platform strategy for SATUSEHAT Data, enabling secure, standardized Electronic Medical Records (EMR) interoperability across the Indonesian healthcare ecosystem.
• Initiated the transition from fragmented, hierarchical data reporting (facility → district → province → national) into a centralized, real-time national dashboard & data management platform, powered by FHIR, ICD-10, ICD-9CM, SNOMED-CT, and other global standards.
• Established the SATUSEHAT Data governance framework, defining policies for data privacy, security, interoperability, and ecosystem sustainability.
• Drove strategic utilization of EMR data via SATUSEHAT Mobile app (formerly PeduliLindungi), empowering citizens with access to personal health records and digital healthcare services.
