- Assisted sales team from SEAP to test and gather information about competitor's products specifically as requested to determine the characteristics and performance
- Provided a confident data for each test, analyzed the data, made a conclusion and recommendation for the conclusion
- Worked with sales on the field to apply the product in front of the customer
- Supported in the investigation of out of specification product results and customer complaints
- Demonstrated of testing sample and pilot plant for customer visits
- Established necessary technical data sheet or MSDS related to new product development and existing product
- Helped sales to get new customer by preparing proper sample as requested for customer briefs
- Coordinated a group to handle the Alkaline division and maintain service level agreement above 95% based on KPI Target
- Developed and improved existing products of Bleaching Earth which is used to remove the color pigments and impurities from edible oil such as (Palm Oil, Soybean Oil, Canola Oil, Coconut oil and etc)
- Developed and improved existing product of Civil Engineering, Foundry, Detergent, and paper and BTX (Benzene,Toluene, and Xylene) application
- Conducted physical test and chemical test for all products, and pilot plant test in Laboratory for Bleaching earth and BTX Product
- Reformulated existing product to reduce cost, efficiency material, and find alternative material
- Performed shelf lifetime test for a specific product to know the performance degradation
- Conducted laboratory scale experiments related to the optimization of the production process before scale up in plant trial
- Coordinated test planning, execution, and reporting for all test request to the R&D Manager
- Contributed in Clariant Excellence program (Yellow Belt) by giving and executing the ideas
- Ensured all working instructions and SOP well-maintained and properly work
- Supported Production Team for Plant Trial new product or improve existing product
