- Lead the integration with third party analytics tool. As the Bank was just launching its app in 2022, the Bank was not yet familiar with users’ behavior data. I introduced and convinced the team the importance of knowing users’ behavior for product development plan. The integration process includes: vendors listing and assessments, presentations to related stakeholders (BoD, IT team, strategic partners, etc) and Cost-Benefit analysis.
- Responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of a portfolio of banking products. Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as IT, operations, risk, compliance, legal and others to implement and optimize products that meet customer needs and align with business goals.
- Identify new product opportunities based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Handling product regulatory requirements and new products licensing to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements.
- Appointed as Responsible Person for Digital Non-Lending Product division - is a Risk Champion which the characteristic of the role itself is a senior member with lots of experience within the area of the business. As a Risk Champion in Digital Non-Lending Product, I am responsible for delivering Digital Non-Lending Product risk-related reports to Risk division. Risk reports such as Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) report, Key Risk Indicator (KRI) report, incident reports, etc.
