I initiated and currently lead a community-based organization dedicated to the environmental conservation of island ecosystems in North Maluku. Our key programs include beach clean-ups, environmental education, and community empowerment.

My core responsibilities include:

• Developing and structuring strategic programs to support sustainable conservation efforts.
• Overseeing program implementation and conducting evaluations to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement.
• Establishing and managing partnerships with NGOs, local authorities, and private sector collaborators.
• Conducting training and capacity-building for members and local stakeholders to strengthen grassroots participation in environmental initiatives.

I contributed to the documentation and storytelling of the historical Spice Route, focusing on Ternate Island, the Banda Islands, and Kupang. My key responsibilities included:

• Producing written content that highlights and revives the historical and cultural narratives of the Spice Route.
• Collaborating with a creative team to develop and manage multimedia content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Coordinating with the Indonesian Navy during the voyage aboard the KRI Dewaruci, supporting vessel maintenance and assisting with onboard documentation throughout the expedition.

• Handled customer service inquiries and complaints promptly, resulting in consistently positive customer reviews.
• Assisted in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
• Helped establish processes to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintained regular communication with clients to gather insights on their needs.
• Collaborated with management in creating strategic plans to achieve business goals.

• Collaborated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to support development programs in remote regions of Papua, with a focus on improving education, promoting environmental sustainability, and empowering local communities.

• Collaborated with the Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), under the Ministry of Finance, to organize the LPDP Business Competition in the Bali Region.
• Conducted a regional roadshow to promote the event and increase public engagement.
• Managed event logistics, including speaker coordination, and participant outreach.
• Successfully attracted 35 participants, and secured 2 professional speakers.

• Promoted and sold EDC machines to Bank Mandiri customers and merchants.
• Provided ongoing support and maintenance for RDC machines at merchant sites.
• Consistently exceeded monthly sales targets, averaging 5 machines sold per month (target: 3 machines).
• Built strong relationships with merchants to ensure product satisfaction and continued usage.
• Delivered customized solutions and after-sales support to improve client retention.
• Developed and maintained relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
• Identified areas of improvement in existing processes and implemented solutions accordingly.
