Assisting the General Manager of Finance in calculating the financial model, analyzing the financial model for upcoming projects, and will help to monitor the budget and actual realization of project.

• Approving PR and PO for 4 Operating Units based on their budget and activities
• Budget organizing and reviewing for 4 Operating Units (adjust to the existing Financial Model)
• Conducting cost monitoring and analyzing related cost realizations for these 4 Operating Units
• Able to understands and operating the financial model for these Operating Units effectively
• Reviewing contracts for 4 Operating Units related to their budgets and activities

• Performing scanning, monitoring of unusual transactions, and reconciliation of several COAs, as mention but not limited to : component rebuild, other income/expense and employee payable
• Ensure SAP daily operation can be performed accurately and timely by performing MO reconciliation and settlement (MO settled to : cost center, inventory, Fixed Assets and Insurance Claim)
• Preparing Monthly Report (CFO Report) and Quarterly Report (ESDM Report and Quarterly KPPK Report) accurately and on timely basis

• Performing Daily Project Cost Control to be reported to Project Manager
• Ensure and supervise every transaction runs well
• Handle cost control analysis weekly and monthly based on actual cost vs budget
• Also performing monthly Stock Taking Inventory and assisting yearly Asset and Stock Taking

• Handles all site closing transaction up until bank account is closed

• Performing all finance, accounting, and tax role such as transaction recording, perform monthly closing record, perform invoice payments and recording, tax calculating and reporting for WHT 21 and 23, maintaining cash flow, maintaining petty cash out and in, and also recording every cash in and out for petty cash to the system
• Filing all the transaction document to be checked by external auditor and maybe for tax inspection

• Perform a financial and accounting duties such as payments and transaction recording with the help of consultant to double check whether the record is fair or not
• Also Tax calculating for VAT and WHT 23, and again with the help of consultant to double check the calculation

• Perform tax calculation and tax reporting for all the clients (10 clients to be exact)
• Tax calculating include VAT, WHT 21, 21(26), 23, and 15
• Tax reporting also includes VAT, WHT 21, 21 (26), 23, and 15
• Responding to all clients tax letter from DJP related to tax penalty or tax under or over paid
• Helping the clients to collect all of tax related document for tax inspection
