Unfortunately, Micron has scaled down Crucial's operations.
I was a supervisor for Maximus, a federal contractor that administered the Affordable Care Act. I started out as a call center agent and became a supervisor.
I reviewed agents' performance and adherence to procedures, and rated call quality. (2013-2015) Maximus closed the Call Center in 2015.
