With over 21 years of experience in human resources management, I am a passionate and visionary leader who drives organizational change and excellence in the hospitality and resorts industry. As the Group Director of HR at LYD Group, I oversee the HR strategy, policies, and operations for more than 30 properties across Asia and Europe. I lead a team of HR professionals who support the recruitment, development, retention, and engagement of over 1,500 employees. I also partner with the senior management and the board of directors to align the HR objectives with the business goals and the mission of LYD Group, which is to create memorable and sustainable experiences for our guests, employees, and communities.
