• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
• Calculate material requirements and prepare work plan.
• Coordination with PJO regarding work steps, field activities, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate the needs and completeness of materials with logistics and PJO.
• Supervise work in the work area and activities completeness of documents in the field as a record for report needs.
• Coordinate with workers in the field regarding work plans, work steps and job descriptions.
• Carry out Toolbox Meeting and Safety Talk activities before work.

Field Supervision:

• Supervise the implementation of construction in the field to ensure work is in accordance with working drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure they work according to the contract.
• Conduct routine and periodic inspections to ensure the quality of work.

Technical Planning:

• Perform technical calculations to support project implementation, such as structural calculations, drainage, etc.
• Create working drawings and shop drawings for implementation purposes.
• Coordinate with design team and contractors to ensure technical conformity.

Quality Control:

• Perform quality control of construction materials, from laboratory testing to field inspection.
• Supervise the execution of works in accordance with established quality standards.
• Conduct measurements and tests to ensure accuracy and precision of work.
• Report quality control results and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Technical Problem Handling:

• Identify and resolve technical problems arising during project execution.
• Use knowledge and experience to provide appropriate and efficient solutions.
• Seek alternative solutions if technical problems cannot be solved by standard methods.

Additional Duties:

• Make regular project progress reports.
• Coordinate with related parties, such as the contractor.
