Meritorious Mass for selfless service while enlisted in Marine Corps..

While conducting our yearly gunnery qualification we had a shortage of loaders for the tank crews. After qualifying on my tank with my crew I proceeded to troubleshoot and fill in on other crews tanks. I conducted four qualifications on four different tanks. Each tank I had to troubleshoot radio problems which I was successfully able to fix. I then helped each crew with their after shot maintenance before getting on the next tank. I did this for a two week period without being told to and was instrumental in the successful qualification of all our companies tank crews. I then recieved a Meritorious Mass award for this.
