Dedicated and experienced Sub-Engineer with over 35 years of service in Rural Engineering Services, culminating in retirement as a Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in a government position. Throughout my career, I played a vital role in the planning, execution, and supervision of various rural infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water supply systems, and public buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed, implemented, and maintained rural development projects to improve infrastructure in underserved areas.
• Supervised construction activities, ensuring adherence to government regulations and engineering standards.
• Managed budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for multiple projects within my jurisdiction.
• Led a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and training to ensure project efficiency.
• Coordinated with government agencies, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conducted site inspections, feasibility studies, and quality control assessments for ongoing projects.

Although I retired as a Sub-Divisional Officer, I continue to receive a government pension, which reflects my dedicated public service and contribution to national infrastructure development.
