- I have Worked on the Digital testing team for Halfords UK&IE client
- Have worked on Regression team as a End to end tester
- As a End to end tester I have tested across different systems and platforms such as SAP MM, Iserve (POS), Ordergroove, EagleEye,ACI (Payment gateway), Redshield,etc for more than 35 Test cases and completed under 2 days of time.
- Experience on working using CRMs such as Sales force (SFCC) for configuration and testing
- Worked on Functional ,Non functional, Regression, Integration, User acceptance testing,API logs Testing.
- Worked on preparing test plans, test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Also Worked with defect management tool such as Jira and raised defects by effectively conveying information on them.
- Conducted manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Actively collaborated with stakeholders, clients and members of release management and also contributed to process improvement.
- Worked by using Agile testing methodologies and thoroughly understand it.
