• Over the last year I have travelled to Sweden and Indonesia to teach students from as little as aged 4 up to 18 years old. This job has allowed me to work in a team with a variety of other teachers, this has meant that we have had to lease about students and projects which we have created to suit the category of the population which we were teaching. These projects were aimed to benefit students based on their needs, this has meant that I have had to use my initiative and creativity to prepare a lesson, by not only making it beneficial for the students' knowledge however also making it fun so that they can

participate willingly while still benefiting from my help. If I felt that I needed help with a certain task than I would ask other members on the team as I am able to take on feedback and reflect on my sessions and workload every day, this is important as I am ensuring that the students receiving the best outcome was my main priority. During my time in Indonesia, I had to live independently in an unfamiliar country to be able to carry out the job role. This has meant that I had to gain independent living life skills in order to take part in the role of a teacher, adapting my overall lifestyle of being away from my family and friends however visualising this in a positive matter as I was able to take full fulfilment of the opportunities and skills which I have gained throughout this experience of being able to live the lifestyle of different roots and cultures.

• First off, let me just say that I LOVE being a Trusted employee!! I have had nothing but positive experiences during my employment with them. Before becoming an employee, I had babysat for years and years. Always various families, and very randomly, nothing too consistent. And as a college student, I would like to have a somewhat consistent income of money that also works with my crazy nursing school schedule. Trusted was the answer! What I love about Trusted is that I only have to work when I want to. It's completely up to the employee to put their availability in and you can get booked by parents from there. It's so convenient, because it's all in the user-friendly app. It has been very nice having a more steady income instead of the random jobs a couple times a month I was having before. And like I said, I only have to work when I want to.

• Another thing I love about Trusted is that all the families and sitters are background checked and whatnot, so you know everyone is safe. I don't have to worry about walking into a home and having it be a dangerous situation. Every family that I have sat for so far have been extremely nice, and very accommodating.

• All in all, I love working for Trusted, and I would recommend it to anyone.

• I have worked in a shop for just over 2 years. Throughout my time working at the shop, I have gained the opportunity to improve on several skills. One of these skills is time management and organization. Due to the early hours of opening the shop I have been able to arrange my day around the open and closing times of the shop. This has meant getting on public transport to access my location and time planning for my shift. There have been incidents at the shop where the shop has had to remain open due to the number of tourists entering benefitting the business is income. This has led to me having to take over and take further leadership, my flexibility has allowed me to take on these responsibilities due to adjusting my time inconveniently to benefit the business. This has allowed me to gain further knowledge on how to manage a store independently.

• Working at the store has included me having to communicate with tourists that speak a range of languages. I have been able to adjust my communication skills to allow a diversity of people to understand certain prices, deals and guide them to products suited for them. I can speak fluent English, Arabic and some French, this is taught from dedication, work experience and surrounding myself in multiple environments.
