§ Early-Phase Engineering Support: Led feasibility-level technical discussions and preliminary design scoping for customized water, wastewater and ZLD solutions across industrial. Collaborated with technology providers and consultants to validate basic design and process assumptions.

§ Cross-Disciplinary Techno-Commercial Proposals: Developed techno-commercial proposals involving complex design specifications, aligning process engineering with commercial strategy for major clients in Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Malaysia.

§ Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:Identify and cultivate potential markets and customers, evaluate addressable opportunities, and establish a robust enquiry pipeline to meet annual sales targets. Within nine months, I have developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies for B2B industrial solutions, achieving double-digit revenue growth across Southeast Asia.

§ Strategic Business Planning: Formulate and execute business strategies for the SEA region in alignment with organizational objectives.

§ Customer-Centric Solutions: Bridge the gap between customer requirements and company capabilities, proactively addressing challenges to secure projects.

§ Market Intelligence & Positioning:Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to position the company effectively, implement dynamic pricing strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

§ Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, train, and educate cross-functional teams on market expectations and customer requirements.

§ Operational Excellence: Oversee post-order supplier negotiations to ensure timely project execution, manage payment collections, and facilitate seamless project handovers.

§ Financial & Resource Management: Maximize revenue growth, optimize resource allocation, maintain strong cash flow, and ensure efficient project execution. I have led the P&L strategy for the Southeast Asia business (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and The Philippines), refining pricing strategies and improving gross margins.
