• Provide assistance in system configuration and testing, including the development of test scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to gather user requirements effectively.
• Maintain detailed workbooks and testing logs to ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Facilitate mass data migration processes with thorough attention to detail.
• Manage and resolve data errors efficiently to maintain data integrity.
• Address tickets across various cases, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Extensive experience as Data Migration Lead across multiple modules including Learning Management System (LMS), Succession Development and Performance (SCDP), Performance and Goal Management (PMGM).
