My career has spanned a diverse range of roles—from a foundational Chef apprenticeship to senior leadership positions including Cluster and Area Director of Food & Beverage, later General Manager, and now executive roles within renowned international hotel chains, currently Regional General Manager for Hilton Indonesia and Timor Leste.
In addition to a comprehensive background in Food & Beverage operations, I have played a pivotal role in more than 15 strategic projects encompassing hotel pre-openings, brand transformations, major renovations, and organizational change management, including mergers and acquisitions. Held dual leadership roles managing country portfolio and flagship property:
Led the complex turnaround and strategic repositioning of the 333-room flagship (12 restaurants/bars, 12 meeting rooms, 570-sqm ballroom) following COVID-19 disruptions. Oversaw a workforce of 200+ team members while developing and executing a market-specific recovery plan focused on revised pricing, guest experience enhancements, and operational efficiencies. This initiative drove a significant RevPAR improvement and established a robust foundation for the property's full-scale renovation.
Held dual corporate leadership roles concurrently, overseeing Indonesia portfolio of 80+ hotels:
Oversaw 10 owned/managed 5-star hotels, leisure assets, and several pipeline properties.
Oversaw operations and financial performance for the 5-star flagship property with large banquet facilities and 180+ staff.
Led hotel through renovation & post-opening.
• Co-launched 299-room flagship as Chinese National Games media hotel.
• Oversaw F&B complex (3 restaurants/bars) + 2,800 sqm banquets.
• In charge of F&B department for 467-room hotel including 4 restaurants, major banquets (2 ballrooms for 800pax each ) and a large team of 220+ staff.
