Interested to build a digital banking platform from scratch, I decided to join Bank MAS. At Bank MAS - member of WINGS Group, I was assigned to build a digital bank from zero, specifically focusing on the personal banking segment.

I established the Personal Banking team entirely from scratch and I also actively collaborated with the IT team to build Bank MAS' agile culture, determining necessary roles in Bank MAS's agile organization, creating the principle of Bank MAS' agile way of working, and establishing sprint cadence and sprint ceremonies.

The products I am currently develop and manage at Bank MAS include:

1. The New Digital Banking Apps

2. Loyalty & Promotion Platform

3. PPOB Smart Engine

4. Digital Savings Products

5. Digital Cash Loan

Besides those products, I also had responsible for the development of Agent Apps which is used for SMEs do Cash Deposit via Wings' Salespersons / Agents (ad-hoc project)

Responsible for the development of Bank JAGO's Sharia Loan Product.

In this role I managed several Product Managers who responsible for the development of :

1. LinkAja Payment Acceptance Product (both in big merchants and MSMEs merchants)

2. LinkAja MSMEs Products (Mitra LinkAja Apps & Integration with Telkomsel DigiPOS - for airtime recharge in Telkomsel's agents)

3. Cash In & Cash Out Products

4. Business Loan Products

developed the Mitra LinkAja application from scratch. The Mitra LinkAja Apps itself is owned by LinkAja and serves micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). With this application, the MSMEs users can receive payments using QR codes and receive real-time notifications and payment history. It enables MSMEs users to sell digital goods (PPOB), and allows them to apply for business loans.

I had responsible for expanding Ottopay business through partner acquisition and maintain fruitful relationship with existing partners (mostly banks or financial technolongy companies). I specialized in Issuing Integration projects to make sure that Ottopay has many partners act as source of funds in Ottopay’s QR Payment Ecosystem.

During my tenure as a Product Manager at Bank Mandiri, I was responsible for two products:

1. Bank Mandiri Merchant Payment Product
This is a payment product for merchants affiliated with Bank Mandiri, both physical and digital. For physical merchants, the product used Electronic Data Capture (EDC), while for digital merchants, we collaborated with several Payment Gateways (PGs) to process payments through Bank Mandiri's acquiring services.

Some notable projects I have worked on include:
- EDC National Payment Gateway (NPG)
- EDC Himpunan Bank Negara (HIMBARA)
- Integration with Mastercard Payment Gateway Service (MPGS)
- Customization of Bank Mandiri's EDC to meet the specific needs of 4-5 stars hotel in Indonesia, aiming to become a EDC provider leader in the MICE industry.

2. Merchant Originating System (MOS)
MOS is a backoffice application for Bank Mandiri's payment business, serving as a replacement for the previous backoffice product, Merchant Acquiring System (MAS). I developed MOS from scratch.

Officer Development Program is Bank Mandiri’s management trainee program, that prepare for future Bank Mandiri’s new leader. I graduated the ODP Program as 2nd Best Graduates of my batch.
