Responsible to assist and support the retail & wholesale business operation, facilitating order coordination for our sales boutique and wholesales team (Director of Sales, Boutique Managers, and Account Managers) and creating reports. Sales coordinator will be working as liaison between our sales team and supply chain mainly, but also with marketing, merchandising, procurement, and finance team to ease the whole business operations and its administrative needs.

Responsible for purchasing of office and site locations needs,from order process until delivery of goods to locations and also assisted finance department for check and control the budget of each site locations

Responsible as personal assistant for start up business and make some financial calculations for investment proposal: profit projection assumption, sales assumption, start up cost, F&B and packaging costing, etc.

Responsible to input new client’s data, allocated expenses and sales to general ledger code, checking taxes, prepared cost and sales reports, bank statement reconciliation with financial statements to be associated with Australian clients’s tax account.

Responsible to assisted lead teacher in teaching and learning activities inside and outside room. Developed plans and innovated programs for student activities.

Responsible to make financial statements and tax reports for daily, monthly and yearly and assisted other departments about financial control.

Responsible to assisted lecturer in test, assignment and project class of Portfolio and Investment Management.

Responsible to reconciling taxes based on sales invoices and tax system listing purchases (SAPs), supplementing vendor data, assisted AR and Sales departments.

Responsible to assisted Lecturer in test, assignment and all activities of Principle of Accounting, Cost, Statistic, etc.
