Strategic Placement & Underwriting - Coordination

Policy Administration (Invoicing, Endorsements, Data Reconciliation)Manage end-to-end placement of employee benefit insurance programs (health, life, personal accident), including quotation requests, benefit comparisons, negotiations, and final proposal delivery to clients.
Liaise with multiple insurers to ensure optimal policy terms and competitive pricing aligned with client objectives.

Claims Management & Guarantee of Payment (GOP) OversightOversee issuance of invoices, member enrollments, endorsements, and policy documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure smooth and timely policy issuance and renewal processes by aligning internal timelines with insurer SLAs.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management - Act as primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring ongoing communication, issue resolution, and satisfaction with insurance services provided.Supervise claims intake, documentation validation, and submission to insurers in accordance with SLA timelines.
Manage Guarantee of Payment (GOP) requests and follow up with providers and insurers to ensure real-time case handling. - Track claims aging and unresolved cases while escalating priority cases to insurers and hospital networks when required.

Team Coordination & Operational Reporting - Coordinate across sub-divisions (Placement, Admin, Claims, CR) to streamline workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment.Provide support in employee insurance briefings, onboarding sessions, and health benefit socialization.
Initiate and lead regular health check calls, client engagement activities, and quarterly business review (QBR) reporting.

• Develop internal SOPs and contribute to system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare dashboard reports and performance trackers for management, insurers, and clients.

• Maintain existing client relation

• Verifying insurance coverage and benefits for providers and claimants
• Performing data entry skills as well as clerical skills
• Reviewing and processing medical health claims for groups and individuals
• Checking if the submitted claims is complete or not, and requesting additional details
• Analyzing if the claim submitted is eligible for payment or not
• Drafting and mailing denial and acceptance letter for claims submitted to clients.
