• Assist and help finance for the price issue; get invoice and Statement of Account as reference to settled payment
• Help to follow up regarding quality issue, process and closes RMA issue; drive continuous improvement on quality.
• Minimizing excess inventory by re-selling it, buying back and plant to plant transfer.

• Reschedule purchase order base on weekly MRP to ensure material can come with the correct time for control MRP Efficiency
• Review PR before convert to PO
• Provide and review weekly shortage report with Planner
• Check and settle daily discrepancy receive part
• Check and settle park invoice
• Provide, review and monthly Inventory report
• RFQ and provide PPV for short LT order
• Using SAP for the MRP system
• SLA for transfer material (control inventory or support urgent material)
• Arrange meeting with supplier for urgent critical part on 8 weeks demand
• Weekly meeting with customer
• Support material for NPI Project (sourcing, buying, expediting)

• Do communication and negotiate with suppliers
• Buy/ Pull in parts within right time, quality, and quantity
• Analysis, planning, scheduling part arrangement
• Prepare and arrange daily/weekly/monthly schedules
• Perform expediting parts to avoid supply issue at production
• Manage & monitoring parts delivery
• Source part on open market/look for alternate parts for electrical parts
• Inventory control, maintaining proper inventory levels of material used
• Do communication with related department related part supply issue
• Ensure parts supply smoothly support to production
• Conduct meeting with suppliers

• Make all monthly reports about the Technical Service Division.

• Equipment maintenance plan and schedule motors, generators, pumps, and other equipment as well as providing goods in case of damage.
