• Reviewing bidding/tender document, reviewing agreement both between Owner or Subcontractor/Vendor or partner of the company, negotiating the contract between owner or subcontractor/vendor
• Supporting and prepare the documents in order to the occurred dispute settlement cases of the company, supervise the Board of Direction's action in order to the fulfillment of GCG.
• Prepare supporting documents in order to the implementation of General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)
• Conducting the legal research and opinion related to the company’s business, mostly in procurement procedure of goods/services
• Conducting and releasing the internal procedures/policy related to the company’s business,
• Managing and monitoring the activities of subsidiaries and affiliates, ensuring that all company’s actions is in line with the applicable law/regulation.

review and drafting several agreements mostly related to the property and land industry,

conducting legal research mostly in property and land issues,

conducting legal analysis regarding client’s issues,

drafting some articles related to newest issued regulation,

preparing some documents to be submitted to the court,

assisting senior lawyer to prepare documents required for establishment of company,

Tracked and researched developing precedent and legislation in Property law to maintain expertise and best advise and advocate for clients.

Attended hearings as representative of corporate entities and firm clients.

• Assisting Head of Legal and Compliance to preparing documents for some legal action in downstream activity, conducting legal analysis concerning the oil and gas industry, conducting board resolution related to the business plan, preparing Land Acquisition’s document to be submitted to SKK Migas.

• Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.
