- Participate to involved the Solar Power Project which worth 121 million US dollars in Project Financing Scheme, by reviewing and negotiating Shareholder Agreement, Facility Agreement, and other Project Documents and Security Documents which related to the Project.
- Being active to communicate with external legal counsel and also with PT PLN (Persero) as ultimate shareholder and holding to completing and implementing the Project.
- Drafted and reviewed corporate documentations, such as Memorandum of Understanding, Head of Agreement, and Non Disclosure Agreement, and other agreements which related to the Project in renewable energy.
